The Future Fit Leader Program - a fully digital professional development course

Course Objectives & Capabilities

The objective of this program is to create future fit people across the workplace by building confidence and competence in key soft skills that are increasingly in demand. We achieve this using real world scenarios, tactical exercises and hearing from experts across different industries.

The course experience 

This is a collaborative, community learning experience where the focus is on developing and demonstrating eight competencies. Learners will be challenged to apply themselves in the workplace as they journey through the course.

  • The course will take approximately 25 hours to complete over 8 weeks

  • Participate at any time, from any computer or device (phone, tablet)

  • There are short, bite-size videos and the remaining hours will be about doing and exploring

  • One team project

  • Two live discussions

  • Interviews with industry experts 

  • Constant access - ask the instructor anything at anytime

  • Expert coaching and support

  • Learners can measure their capability from start to finish

Reporting and ROI

At an organisational level, you will receive reporting on your teams’ performance. You'll be able to see engagement levels across your team. You will see the teams capability uplift as a whole and individually. All data is water tight and only accessible to those with permissions. Granular level data and analytics can be extracted from the platform for your own systems.
