Andrea Clarke

Author & Facilitator

Andrea encourages people to be 'future fit' in their careers through writing, speaking & delivering high-impact leadership programs. A former television news reporter and Washington D.C. correspondent, Andrea covered major news events for Al Jazeera English, the Pentagon Channel and Thomson Reuters before working on humanitarian aid programs to rebuild Iraq and Afghanistan. Andrea then lead the communication campaign for the Save Darfur advocacy movement to stop the genocide in Sudan. With an obsession for growing careers, Andrea founded FutureFit Learning in 2012 and stepped into EdTech in 2015, when she built her first LMS system to deliver content to remote learners. She is the author of the book: 'Future Fit: How to Stay Relevant and Competitive in the Future of Work' -  winner of the Australian Business Book of the Year 2019 and finalist in the UK Business Book Awards 2020. Andrea has also been a member of the Australian HR Institute's Future of Work Advisory Panel.

Academically Trained Futurist, Work Futures

Reanna is an academically trained and practicing futurist, industry fellow, strategic workforce planner, start-up co-founder, keynote speaker, creative practitioner and former elite athlete. She is the founder of Work Futures - a global strategic foresight consultancy that helps organisations and workers ‘unlearn the future’, build foresight capability and get practical about the future(s) in the present. Reanna works across a range of sectors including the futures of; work, tech, sport, engineering, HR, banking, defence, water, law, insurance, policing, unions, energy, farming and government and has been recognised as one of the 'World's Top Female Futurists' by fellow practitioners.

With a background in the Australian Military and high-stakes corporate conflict intervention, Alicia is routinely trusted by multi-national organisations with a market caps of $30B.

 

Alicia specialises in Workplace Psychodynamics, the practice of helping leaders understand how to shape and influence behaviours, to create healthier and more productive work environments.

Larissa Webster

Communication Expert

A former professional athlete and Australian Water Polo team member, Larissa Webster joined the Future Fit team after almost 20 years’ working in corporate communications roles across top ASX-listed companies and government. As a Future Fit facilitator, media trainer and mentor, Larissa advises and coaches people from top-tier executives to managers, entrepreneurs and graduates on effective communication, presentation and mindset skills.

 

Larissa is passionate about the transformative power of storytelling and effective communication. Now based in Europe, Larissa consults to clients across Australia, Europe and South America, helping people and organisations communicate their value through quality advice, strategic communication outputs and communication training.
